At ASHLEYlauren, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your garment is not the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that formal wear must be in pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
